1. Global E-Commerce Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and data analysis of Amazon, independent website and other cross-border e-commerce platforms

• Optimize product listings, keywords and store operation strategies to improve product exposure and conversion rate

• Track market trends and competitor dynamics, and put forward targeted product and operation optimization suggestions

• Cooperate with the marketing team to complete platform promotion activities and brand exposure layout

Job Requirements

• Familiar with cross-border e-commerce operation rules, with relevant platform operation experience preferred

• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to independently process overseas business documents and communication

• Sensitive to data, good at summarizing operation laws and optimizing strategies

• Responsible, proactive, with good team collaboration ability and execution

2. Brand Marketing Specialist (Overseas)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseas social media operation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content creation

• Plan and execute overseas brand promotion, influencer cooperation and marketing campaign activities

• Collect overseas market user feedback, summarize brand promotion effects, and optimize marketing strategies

• Assist in completing brand image packaging, copywriting and material iteration

Job Requirements

• Familiar with overseas social media ecology and overseas marketing modes

• Proficient in English, with excellent copywriting and content creation capabilities

• Have a keen insight into overseas maternal and infant market trends

• Creative, good at resource integration and project coordination

3. Product Development & Testing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the iteration, optimization and new product development of NoseRelief series products

• Complete product performance testing, safety verification and user experience evaluation

• Sort out product specifications, test reports and related qualification documents

• Communicate and cooperate with the supply chain team to follow up sample confirmation and mass production progress

Job Requirements

• Major in product design, mechanical engineering, maternal and infant products or related fields is preferred

• Understand the safety standards and production specifications of maternal and infant products

• Careful and rigorous, sensitive to product details and user experience

• Good communication and coordination ability, able to efficiently cooperate with cross-department teams

4. Wholesale & Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop global overseas distributors, agents and wholesale cooperative customers

• Communicate and follow up customer demands, complete business negotiation, quotation and order docking

• Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers and expand secondary sales and market coverage

• Sort out market customer data and feed back market demand to the brand and product team

Job Requirements

• Have overseas customer development experience or maternal and infant industry business resources is preferred

• Fluent in English oral and written communication, able to independently complete overseas business docking

• Have market acumen, business negotiation ability and customer maintenance awareness

• Resistant to pressure, proactive in work, with good team cooperation awareness
