4. Cleaning, Maintenance & Storage

1. Do I need to clean the product after each use? What is the correct cleaning method?

We recommend cleaning after every use and conducting thorough disinfection daily to prevent bacterial growth from residual secretions and protect your baby’s nasal health. Cleaning steps: ① Detach silicone tips, nozzles and accessories and rinse residual secretions with warm water; ② Disinfect with gentle boiling water scalding or alcohol wiping. Do NOT boil or soak the main device body in high-temperature water; ③ Place all cleaned parts in a ventilated and dry place, and cover with the original dust-proof cover after drying.

2. How to store the product? What is the shelf life?

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated and shaded place, away from high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight. Keep out of children’s reach and always cover with the dust-proof cover when idle. Shelf life: The shelf life of unopened products follows the label instructions on the outer package. Opened saline spray is recommended to be used within 3 months to ensure purity. As consumable parts, silicone accessories are suggested to be replaced every 3-6 months for hygiene and safety.

3. Can I continue using silicone accessories if they turn yellow, soft or deformed?

No, continued use is not recommended. AMONLU implements strict pre-shipment quality inspection. If you receive defective, damaged products or encounter missing/wrong accessories within 48 hours after signing for the package, please take photos of the defective product and logistics waybill and contact our customer support. We will verify the issue quickly and provide free replacement, supplementary delivery or refund solutions with zero cost for customers.

3. Does the product support 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges?

Products with intact packaging, complete accessories, no disassembly, no use and no stains or damage are eligible for 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges. Due to the hygiene attributes of maternal and infant products, opened, used, accessory-missing or artificially damaged products are not applicable for no-reason returns. For quality-related problems, we provide full after-sales support regardless of unpacking status.

4. What is the product warranty policy?

AMONLU provides official warranty for NoseRelief main devices. Free repair and replacement services are available for non-artificial quality faults. Accessories are wearable consumables and not covered by the main device warranty, which can be purchased separately.
