What Happens After You Submit

  • We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days
  • We will complete your request within 45 days as required by law
  • If we need more time, we will notify you and explain why
  • We may ask you to verify your identity before processing

Authorized Agents

You may designate someone to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, we require:

  • A signed permission from you, or
  • A valid power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4121–4130

The agent must provide proof of authorization when submitting the request.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Amomlu recognizes the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of your personal information — no additional action needed.
